Status
Known answer. Fairino Europe support advised using a female/male extension cable, up to a total length of 15 m.
Practical notes
- Ask your supplier for an extension that matches your robot and connectors.
- Turn the power off before connecting or disconnecting the cable.
- Inspect the connector pins. A loose or pushed-in pin can stop the robot from connecting, as described in this thread about power-up problems.
