This thread collects checks for a robot whose real movement does not match what the WebApp shows.
Status
Partial checklist. There is no single confirmed fix yet.
Symptoms
- The robot looks straight in the 3D view.
- The physical robot moves at an angle.
Known checks
- Check the calibration. Fairino Europe support advises setting all axes to zero degrees and comparing them with the mechanical marks on the robot body.
- Do not expect the mounting settings to fix this. Support explained that they are used for balancing the robot body during drag, and that coordinates stay the same.
- Check which tool and workpiece coordinate system are active.
- If the robot must follow a fixture, teach a workpiece coordinate system on that fixture.
