This thread explains a connection problem that appears when the Python SDK and the robot software do not match.
Status
Known answer. In the reported case, matching the SDK and robot software versions solved it.
Symptoms
- The XML-RPC test passes, but the CNDE connection is refused on port 20005.
- The log shows
(CNDE:False, XML-RPC:True)and "CNDE连接失败". ProgramLoad,ProgramRunand the program state call return -4.- The script can still print a connected message.
Fix
- Use the SDK version that matches your controller software. Fairino Europe support advises matching them and does not promise backward compatibility.
- In this case, support advised upgrading the controller to 3.9.5 and using the matching branch of the official Python SDK. The user then reported that it worked.
- SDK versions for older software can be found in the version history.
