Fairino Palletizer error 500 number of parameters is inconsistent, and Generate problems

This thread collects community reports about the Fairino Palletizer application.

Status

Partial checklist. The model limit below comes from Fairino Europe support. The other reports are still open.

Error 500 on program start

• Reported message: "Error 500. The number of parameters is inconsistent. Error line Number 3".
• Seen on an FR10 after entering pallet and package data.
• Support said Palletizer needs the teach pendant and an FR20. It is tied to the FR20 and uses taught points to calculate each pick and place position.

Generate problems in SimMachine

• With more than 4 boxes, one user got only a Lua file and no main program.
• There was no HTTP 200 response after pressing Generate, and the code appeared only after a page reload.
• To simulate an FR20, change the robot type in the maintenance menu.

Arm flips about 180 degrees

One user saw the generated route choose a different joint configuration, with the whole arm flipping. Check your taught points and pallet position, and run the route slowly first.
